Terms of Service — Wolves Project

1. Service Description

Wolves Project is a web-based dashboard for managing and tracking Clash of Clans clan activity. It provides clan statistics, war tracking, league monitoring, and member management tools. The service retrieves data via the official Clash of Clans API (api.clashofclans.com) and is not affiliated with Supercell Oy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use Wolves Project (the minimum age for self-consent under Italian privacy law). If you are under 14, you must have your parent's or legal guardian's consent to use this service.

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the age requirement or have parental consent.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account, which is used to authenticate to Wolves Project.
You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
One account per person. Shared accounts are not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
Attempt to circumvent authentication, authorization, or rate-limiting mechanisms.
Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data beyond normal service use.
Use the service to harass, harm, or stalk other users.
Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code.

5. Subscription and Billing

Wolves Project is currently in private beta and provided free of charge. Billing terms will be communicated in advance before any paid plans are introduced. Using the service during the beta period does not entitle you to any future free tier.

6. Fan Content Disclaimer

Wolves Project is a third-party fan-made tool for managing Clash of Clans clans. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Supercell Oy. All Clash of Clans content, names, characters, locations, and assets are © Supercell Oy. Use of Wolves Project does not grant you any rights in Supercell's intellectual property.

7. Intellectual Property

Clash of Clans content (game assets, player data, clan data) is © Supercell Oy and accessed via the public Clash of Clans API under Supercell's API Terms of Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that game data retrieved from the CoC API will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by Italian consumer protection law (D.Lgs. 206/2005 — Codice del Consumo), our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100 (whichever is lower). This limitation does not apply to death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. On termination, your data is anonymized per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts (foro del consumatore per i consumatori residenti in Italia).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will require your re-consent at next login. The current version is v1 — 2026-07-02.
